We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

When returning an item, please use a trackable courier to ensure that the package can be traced. We will not be responsible for any returned items that are lost in transit and not received by us. Any unreceived returns will not be reimbursed.

Store credits equivalent to the value of the items returned will be issued once our team has received and verified the returned item.

Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. Please note that any fees associated with the return of products, including but not limited to shipping fees, customs fees, and handling fees, will be borne by the customer.
